Our Wonderful Staff
We follow State Licensing guidelines with a low teacher to child ratio and our classrooms and staff meet all the guidelines required by the State of California.
Carolyn began working for Kidz Academy in 2013 after working with children for over 5 years. She became our director in January of 2015. Carolyn enjoys working with young children and is passionate about the work she does each day.
Room 1 Infant Teacher
Sandhya volunteered at kidz academy in December and fell in love with our infants and toddlers and immediately wanted to be a part of our team. In January of 2018 Sandhya started working for Kidz Academy full time in the infant room and is loving every moment of it.
Room 2 Teacher
Miss Pujan started working with kidz academy since February and is enjoying room 2 very much. Miss Pujan is a very kind and nurturing person and the children just love her. She is great with our children and we are very happy to have her as a team member at Kidz Academy.
Room 2 Teacher’s Assistant
Vanessa started working with Kidz Academy since the beginning of July, 2018 and is loving every moment of working with our one year old’s. Vanessa is mainly a teachers assistant in room 2 but does float to other rooms when needed. Vanessa is currently going to school as well to become a teacher at Kidz Academy and is hoping to finish in December. Vanessa is caring and very nurturing to our children we are so lucky to have her part of our team here at Kidz Academy.
Room 3 Teacher
Stephanie started with Kidz Academy in November, 2016 and was our Room 2 teacher. In 2017 she then became the room 1 teacher and worked with our infants. Stephanie has currently taken on Room 3 in June as the head Room 3 teacher. Stephanie is caring and nurturing to all our children and the families that she works with. Stephanie has an associates degree in Child Development.
Room 4 Teacher and Assistant Director
Diana is the head teacher in our Preschool classroom and works very hard to meet the needs of every individual in her class. She also works closely with the families to help each of her children in her class be prepared to enter kindergarten. Diana is also the assistant director and assists the center director when needed. Diana pursued a career in child care after getting her associates degree in psychology, realizing that child care is where she belongs. ” The best part about being a teacher is when the children rally around you and hug you continually throughout the day it truly makes my day. I love being a part of my children’s growth and development it is truly rewarding.
